The Sentinel Protocol in four steps
A wasp nest and a flat overrun by bed bugs follow the same pattern: we inspect, treat, sanitise and follow up. So you always know which step we have reached.

Inspect
A full walk-through of the premises: tracks, droppings, damage or bites are recorded, and entry points and risk areas are located.
- 02
Treat
A targeted, proportionate treatment decided from the inspection: secure bait stations, gel, dry steam, heat or nest removal.
- 03
Sanitise
Entry points are blocked and sealed (steel wool, grilles, seals, door sweeps), surfaces cleaned where needed, and you get hygiene and storage advice.
- 04
Follow up
A follow-up visit as set out in the protocol, a photo report and active vigilance between visits thanks to simple checkpoints.
