So residents stop finding pests at home, we treat the service areas where they settle: cellars, bin rooms, rubbish chutes, car parks and risers.

The people who live in the building come first: they are the ones who notice the signs and put up with the nuisance.
For a resident, a cockroach in the kitchen or a mouse in the cupboard is a problem with their flat. For the building, it is often the sign of a colony living elsewhere: at the foot of the rubbish chute, in the service riser that runs past every floor, under the car-park ramp. As long as those areas are left untreated, the flats keep getting reinfested.
We work on the technical and shared spaces of the building, from basement to loft. Each area is inspected, treated according to the species found, then sanitised: gaps sealed, upkeep advice, cleaning or disinfection where needed. The caretaker, landlord or property manager receives the area-by-area photo report on the day of the visit.
Cellar, bin room, rubbish chute, car park, risers, loft: every space gets its own finding, treatment and after photo in the report.
Grilles on drain covers, steel wool and mortar around slab penetrations, brush door sweeps: reducing the ways in is what limits the risk of pests coming back.
2-hour slots, access arranged with the caretaker, areas marked off during and after treatment, bait stations fixed and closed.
Vaulted cellars and ageing chutes on one side, underground car parks and false ceilings on the other: every type of building has weak spots, and the inspection looks for them first.
The same sequence on every job, applied here to a whole building: understand first, treat in proportion, close off the routes, then come back to check.
We work under a duty of means: a professional protocol, a follow-up visit, a photo report and advice to limit the risk of pests returning.
Torch-lit inspection of service areas, check of risers and stacks, record of tracks, droppings and runs.
Bait stations in cellars and car park for rodents; gel and targeted insect treatment in rubbish chutes, bin rooms and risers.
Sealing pipe and cable penetrations, fitting grilles and door sweeps, cleaning or disinfecting the bin room where needed, upkeep advice for the caretaker.
Follow-up visit as set by the protocol, station check, before-and-after photos, active vigilance on sensitive areas.

The règlement sanitaire départemental (the local public-health code) requires refuse rooms and building outbuildings to be kept clean, and owners and occupants to take the necessary measures against rodents and insects. A neglected bin room or a clogged rubbish chute is among the first places a building becomes infested.
Treatment does not replace routine upkeep: closed, washed bins, doors that shut, clean floors. In a let building, the list of recoverable service charges set by decree no. 87-713 of 26 August 1987 states what can be passed on to tenants; our report separates what is treatment from what is upkeep.
Because they travel through the stacks, risers and rubbish chutes that link the floors. If the shared source is not treated, the flat gets reinfested. We treat the common areas and, by appointment, the affected flats during the same visit.
Yes. Drain covers, plant rooms, access ramps: car parks give rats shelter and routes. We set fixed bait stations there and look for the ways in, both from outside and from the sewers.
We treat the chute and the collection room, then list the useful cleaning and repair work. Whether to close a chute is up to the co-ownership or the landlord; our report can inform that decision.
Not for the common areas: treated zones are marked off and instructions are posted. For a treatment inside a flat, the precautions (airing, pets, how long before cleaning) are explained when the appointment is booked.
Yes, on quotation. If the inspection shows lasting pressure around the building, we may suggest regular follow-up, which you are free to decline.
Give us the address, the areas concerned and what residents or the caretaker have noticed. You will receive an inspection proposal and a detailed quote.
