Leave your number and postcode: an adviser will call you back during our opening hours.
When should you call straight away?
Whenever there is a risk of stings, a health risk, or a business is under threat.
Rodents in the kitchen
Droppings near food, a rat seen in daylight, gnawed electrical cables: hygiene and electrical safety are at stake.
A wasp or hornet nest nearby
A nest by a door, a bedroom window or a children's play area, someone allergic in the household: keep your distance.
Bed bugs
Bites in a row on waking, small black spots on the mattress: acting early limits their spread to other rooms.
Cockroaches in a commercial kitchen
Insects seen during service or a hygiene inspection coming up: fast treatment and a dated photo report.

The right moves while you wait
Close off the area
Shut the affected room; keep children and pets away from the nest, droppings or active areas.
Protect food
Airtight boxes, a closed bin, clear worktops: leave nothing to nibble.
Leave bedding in place
With bed bugs, move neither mattress nor sheets: you would spread the insects.
Photograph the signs
An insect, droppings, a mark or a hole: such pictures help us prepare the visit.
What not to do
- Spray water on or block the entrance of a nest
- Set off an insecticide fogger in a bedroom
- Leave bait within a pet's reach
- Leave an infested mattress in shared areas
Frequently asked questions
Is a visit possible today?
It is possible when a technician has a free slot near you: call us to find out. Booking online, the earliest slots are the following day.
Is there a surcharge for urgent visits?
No. The price depends on the service, floor area and number of visits, never on timing. We give it to you before you book.
What should I do after a wasp or hornet sting?
If you have trouble breathing, facial swelling or feel faint, call 15 or 112 at once. For a minor sting, move away from the nest, take off rings and bracelets and cool the area.
Is a pest disrupting your night or your business?
Call us: you will know what to do right now and when a technician can come.
