Sentinel Protocol
The Sentinel Protocol, step by step
Step 1
Inspect
The technician walks through the whole property, records every clue (tracks, droppings, damage, bites) and works out how the pests are getting in.
Step 2
Treat
He picks the response from what he has seen: secured bait stations for rodent control, gel, dry steam, heat treatment or nest removal, used only where needed.
Step 3
Sanitise
Entry points are blocked and sealed (steel wool, grilles, sealant, door sweeps), soiled areas are cleaned, and you get practical advice on hygiene and storage.
Step 4
Follow up
A follow-up visit is built into the protocol. The photo report and our advice help you stay actively vigilant between visits.
