Commitments

What we commit to doing, and to showing you

Four commitments on means, each one checkable at a stage of the visit, at home or on business premises. None claims to decide for the pests: all of them describe what we actually do.

What we do not promise

A date by which pests will be gone, or that they will never return. We are bound by a duty of means: a professional protocol, written evidence and clear advice.

The four commitments in detail

For each one, what it covers and how you can check it yourself.

  1. 01

    Price shown, paid online

You know the amount before the technician rings the bell

The total including VAT appears while you book and is paid online, so the visit starts without any haggling.

    Check it yourself

    • The total including VAT appears on the summary step, before payment.
    • The confirmation email repeats the service, floor area, number of visits and amount.
    • Any addition proposed on site comes with a price that you sign or decline.
  2. 02

    Photo report on the day

Every visit leaves a written, illustrated record

On the day of the visit, a photo report reaches your inbox: what was seen, treated and sealed, and what is left for you to do.

    • The report arrives on the day of the visit, at the email address given when booking.
    • Each photo comes with a comment and a location.
    • The products used are named, with their precautions.
  3. 03

    Certibiocide and authorised products

Technicians trained in biocides, authorised products, measured doses

The Certibiocide is a mandatory personal certificate. We pair it with a simple rule: the right amount in the right place.

    • Ask the technician to show you their Certibiocide.
    • The photo report names every product applied.
    • Bait stations put in place are closed and labelled.
  4. 04

    Protocol follow-up, control visit

A protocol carried through: control visit, advice and active vigilance

We commit to the means: applying the Sentinel Protocol, coming back to check when it says so, and telling you clearly what to watch.

    • The recommended number of visits is shown before payment.
    • Each visit has its own photo report.

Judge on the evidence

The price appears before you pay and the photo report arrives the same day: book a 2-hour slot and see for yourself.
