Commitment 2/4 · Photo report on the day

Every visit leaves a written, illustrated record

On the day of the visit, a photo report reaches your inbox: what was seen, treated and sealed, and what is left for you to do.

Sentinel Protocol: Inspect, Treat, Sanitise, Follow up

Pests rarely settle where people walk: under a sink, behind a skirting board, in a crawl space or above a suspended ceiling. You cannot follow everything during the visit, and that is perfectly normal.

The photo report closes that gap. The technician photographs what they find and what they do, then emails it to you the same day. You know exactly where your home or business stands, and you can forward the document to whoever needs it.

How we keep it

  1. 01

    Signs, pictured

Droppings, runways, damage, live or dead insects: every finding is photographed and located.

  2. 02

    Entry points mapped

Cracks, ducts, door gaps, pipe openings: what was sealed and what still needs work.

  3. 03

    Products named

Name, location and safety precautions of every product applied.

  4. 04

    Next steps in writing

Your instructions, the active-vigilance points and, when the protocol includes one, the upcoming control visit.

A report built on the four stages of the Sentinel Protocol

Inspect, Treat, Sanitise, Follow up: the document covers each stage in order. You see what drove the choice of treatment, why a given gap was sealed, and what you are asked to watch before the next visit.

This structure also makes visits comparable. At a control visit, the technician starts from the previous report: have the baits been eaten, have the signs receded, is the proofing holding?

Who it is for

For you first, to understand and apply the advice. Then for the people you share the problem with: landlord or tenant, the syndic (the managing agent of a French co-owned building), your insurer.

On the business side, a restaurant can attach it to its food-safety plan; a hotel or short-let host has proof of the date and content of the visit.

At home

Away for part of the visit, or simply keen to understand? The report shows you what happened in your home, room by room.

On business premises

Shops, restaurants, hotels and managing agents keep a dated, illustrated record, useful for a hygiene inspection or a general meeting.

What this commitment does not cover

The report faithfully describes what was seen and done that day. It is not a pest-free certificate: it records the means that were used.

How is the report delivered?

By email, to the address entered when booking, on the day of the visit.

Can I share it?

Yes, it is yours. Forward it to your landlord, managing agent, insurer or the hygiene department that asks for it.

Does the technician photograph my belongings?

No. They only frame what matters for the treatment: signs, entry points, bait stations, repairs. They avoid your personal effects, your papers and, in a shop, your customers.
