At home or at work in Palaiseau: a Certibiocide-certified technician inspects, treats what needs treating and leaves you a photo report the same day.
Local fact sheet
from 132 € incl. VAT
In Essonne, many people live in estate houses, apartment blocks and homes along the rivers. Tenant or owner, you book your own slot in Palaiseau; the technician inspects your home, then whatever touches it: cellar, landing, garden or garage.
Managing agents (syndics), landlords, hotels and Airbnb hosts in Palaiseau: one contact for common areas and flats, coordinated visits and a written report after each one.
Local ground: Essonne
In Essonne, the Orge, Yvette and Essonne valleys hold the moisture rats look for, large housing estates concentrate cockroaches around bin stores, and newer housing developments see ants arrive as early as spring.
The same pointers apply around Palaiseau, in Savigny-sur-Orge, Évry-Courcouronnes and Massy.
Recognise one of these signs? Note where you saw it: the technician will start there.
Areas and situations covered
The German cockroach (Blattella germanica) is the species most often found in kitchens and bathrooms, in homes and restaurants alike. It seeks warmth and moisture: appliance motors, cupboard hinges, the space behind skirting, service ducts. In a block of flats it moves from one home to the next along the water risers.
Gel bait is applied in small dots in those harbourages; cockroaches that eat it then pass it on to others through contact and droppings. An insect growth regulator can complete the treatment where they breed. Because the egg case (ootheca) shields the eggs, a follow-up visit is planned once they have hatched.
The technician treats nothing before understanding the problem, and does not leave without sealing or flagging the entry points.
Step 1
Monitoring traps and a check of motors, hinges, skirting and ducts to locate harbourages and gauge the extent.
Step 2
Gel bait in precise spots inside harbourages, a growth regulator in breeding areas, ducts treated if needed.
Step 3
Seals redone around pipes, duct openings proofed, advice on cleaning and storing food.
Step 4
Follow-up visit as set out in the protocol after the egg cases hatch, fresh monitoring traps and a photo report.

The same day, a photo report by email: signs found in Palaiseau, treatment applied, entry points sealed or still to seal, and advice to limit the risk of a return.
Most often from a neighbouring home, through shared ducts and water risers, or from a cardboard box, a second-hand appliance or a shopping bag. Cleanliness limits their food but does not stop them arriving.
When several flats are affected, treating one in isolation is not enough: cockroaches come back along the risers. We offer managing agents (syndics) and landlords a coordinated treatment by riser or by stairwell.
Book an inspection: the technician identifies the pest, treats if needed and emails you the photo report the same day.
