Year-round preventive monitoring in Paris (75)
Throughout Paris, one method for your home or your business: inspect, treat, sanitise, follow up.
The town page below is a guide: we travel to any verified address in Paris, small villages included.
For contract monitoring, the price is set after a first visit: number of control points, visit frequency and annual amount, in writing.
For a place that welcomes the public or handles food, finding a rat mid-service costs far more than a regular visit: stock thrown away, customers lost, even an administrative closure. Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs also requires food businesses to have pest control procedures in place.

- 4
Follow up
Scheduled visits, log and reports kept current, an extra visit included whenever activity is noticed.
Your questions about Paris
Do you really cover the whole département (75)?
Yes: any verified address in Paris can be booked, in a two-hour slot between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week. Online booking checks the address when you choose the slot.
Can a single contract include several addresses in Paris?
Yes. A single contract groups several addresses, each with its own station map and visit log.
How does a visit to a private home work?
You choose your slot, the technician calls before arriving, inspects, treats if needed, then explains what was done. The photo report follows by email the same day.
In a co-owned building, who should take out the contract?
For common areas (cellars, bin stores, car parks), it is normally the syndic, the building's managing agent, acting on behalf of the co-owners. Each owner or tenant remains responsible for their own flat and can book a visit separately.
How many visits a year?
From four visits a year for a building with no history to a monthly visit for a commercial kitchen. The frequency is set after the initial visit and can change depending on what we observe.
