Bed bugs are not a sign of poor hygiene: they arrive in a suitcase, a second-hand piece of furniture or a bag of laundry. By day they hide in mattress seams, bed-frame joints, behind a headboard or a skirting board, and only come out at night to feed.

Dry steam on mattresses, bed bases and fabrics, approved insecticide in cracks and refuges only, no room-wide spraying.

Full encasements where needed, instructions for laundry and luggage, unaffected rooms kept separate so the bugs don't spread there.

Do you really cover the whole département (75)?
Yes: any verified address in Paris can be booked, in a two-hour slot between 8 am and 8 pm, seven days a week. Online booking checks the address when you choose the slot.
Does it cost more in a small village?
No. The price depends on the service, the floor area and the number of visits, never on the town: from €213 incl. VAT anywhere in Île-de-France.
How does a visit to a private home work?
You choose your slot, the technician calls before arriving, inspects, treats if needed, then explains what was done. The photo report follows by email the same day.
Do I have to get rid of the mattress?
Rarely. Dry steam followed by a full encasement is enough in most cases. We only suggest replacing a mattress if it is torn, because bed bugs can then hide inside, out of the treatment's reach.
How do I prepare my home before the visit?
Wash bedding and any washable clothes at 60 °C, store them in sealed bags, clear the area around the beds and along the skirting boards, and vacuum, throwing the bag away straight after. The full checklist is emailed to you when you book.
