At home or at work in Sartrouville: a Certibiocide-certified technician inspects, treats what needs treating and leaves you a photo report the same day.
Local fact sheet
from 111 € incl. VAT
In Yvelines, many people live in character houses in millstone or stone, homes on the edge of the forest and residences set in parkland. Tenant or owner, you book your own slot in Sartrouville; the technician inspects your home, then whatever touches it: cellar, landing, garden or garage.
Shop, restaurant, office or apartment building in Sartrouville: timing fits around your business and the photo report can be shown during a health inspection. For regular visits, a prevention contract is priced after a first visit.
Local ground: Yvelines
Large forests, loops of the Seine and old stone buildings: in the Yvelines, wasps readily nest under roofs and inside walls, dormice move into lofts and mice settle in crawl spaces.
The same pointers apply around Sartrouville, in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Poissy and Mantes-la-Jolie.
Recognise one of these signs? Note where you saw it: the technician will start there.
Areas and situations covered
The house mouse (Mus musculus) settles somewhere warm, close to food: under kitchen units, behind dry lining, behind appliances or above a suspended ceiling. It nibbles a little everywhere instead of feeding in one spot, and a 6 to 7 mm gap is enough for it to get through.
So the technician tightens the net: many small control points on its real runs rather than a few large baits put down at random. Secure stations and traps are chosen room by room, then gaps around pipes and cables and at skirting joints are proofed.
The technician treats nothing before understanding the problem, and does not leave without sealing or flagging the entry points.
Step 1
Search for droppings, gnawing and runs behind skirting, ducts and appliances; an endoscope to look inside dry lining if needed.
Step 2
A tight grid of secure stations and traps on the runs, adapted to each room; mechanical traps only in sensitive settings.
Step 3
Gaps around pipes and cables, skirting joints and door bottoms proofed, steel wool in holes, advice on storing food.
Step 4
Follow-up visit as set out in the protocol, every station and trap checked, photo report and points to keep an eye on at home.

Yes. In these settings the technician favours mechanical traps and proofing, places every device out of reach and schedules follow-up visits closer together.
Mice come out mostly at night, so seeing one in daylight usually means others live close by. A female can have several litters a year: it is better to have an inspection early, while the population is still small.
Book an inspection: the technician identifies the pest, treats if needed and emails you the photo report the same day.
